  1. What would the grade and monetary value of these two coins I picked up this evening be? Fingers crossed, I did well...

Tried to use natural lighting near a window, so, I apologize if the color is a bit off. Thanks for the look.

The CC appears to be damaged, but the grade would be G-6. Because it is damaged, maybe around $40-50
As for the '21 I would say around a VF-25. Around $130-140 if original and not cleaned.

Where's the damage, that line on Liberty's cheek? I think he could get $70 on eBay for that fairly easily.

It looks like there is damage on the obverse on the cheek, and on the reverse on the tip of the arrows and on the first L in "DOLLAR"

  6. Thanks. According to this, I did really well on the '21 and could possibly break eveb on the Carson City. Got about $150 tied up in both coins, but plan on holding onto for an indefinite period. Please, continue, feel free to comment.

The Peace dollar appears to be higher in grade than the VF25 mentioned, but curiously is worth less than the $130-$140 suggested. Even though it is considered a "key" date, the 1921 Peace dollar is incredibly common in circulated condition and you have to be up in the mid-AU range to reliably net over $100 on its sale.
