Toning. Real? or Fake?

    I saw one with similar toning slabbed by PCGS. I don't know about this one but it looks just like the one I saw..

    See how "thick" the toning is laid down? No gleaming luster underneath... almost looks like it's caked on the surface? That's an indicator of AT.
