All with heavy cameos and toning. Two image per coin.

Thanks Derick! Such an interesting coin these Spanish Boy King pieces. I like the youthful portrait combined with the traditional crown/pillars motif.

 

Yes, that is the reason I got it. I think the 5 Pesetas would be a very nice coin.

 

I have gather a very nice set of Peruvian commemorative coins focused on the War of the Pacific. Here is the latest one. This guy played a big role in stopping Chileans from taking over the whole Peru.

I got a very varied lot this past week, some bought from my antique dealer supplier and some at a village antique auction this weekend.
Large silvers, then coppers to follow.

 

what good lookin' group dd! is the first thaler a restrike? it sure is pretty.

 

Thanks, yes a restrike, it was with the Russian coin in a box of coins and small antiques for £22 so I`m happy

 

These 4 US coins were separate in mylers, the Dime looks slightly off centre and the date is doubled, but I can`t see why the others might have been important, are they varieties ?
