ok, so i picked these up in a bag that cost me 5 dollars (had a few world coins in it, nice lot) and it contained 4 of these: this one is the worst of the bunch. there is one that would grade ms-68. Thanks! P.S. i looked in the red book, no example of this coin at all.
It looks more like a token than a Coin. There are a bunch of these on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/bhp/san-diego-200th-anniversary Why not watch a few and make your own determinations?
