1978 penny Over sized?

    Has anyone seen an over sized penny?     Yes… Lay that cent down between some leather and give a few good whacks with a hammer and that is what you end up with. Commonly known as a Texas cent.

    Too bad they ruined that 1909 VDB.
    Although, as a special collector value, prob worth book anyway. $10-$15?

    Yes, and as far back as I can remember. A coin that's been run over by a train is suppose to bring good luck to the one in possession of it. Just ask Opie Taylor.
