I don't see how you talking on the phone with someone has something to do with insinuating an incest relationship while violating forum policy at the same time.

Relax, he just likes to joke around. I've bought and sold with him several times.

I am not saying you were offended by it. I am saying that this is supposed to be a clean forum, and BKOZAK33 tarnishes it with policy violations. It can be masked as a joke, but the rules is the rules. And when he isnt breaking a rule in the guise of a joke, he is trolling. Like I said, I have yet to see one useful thing contributed to the forum by Mr 33

Or the most appropriate action would be to BLOCK any user you dont like and if a post bothers you report it to the Mods. Thats what they are here for, otherwise your post might as well have been typed like this:

    waaaannnnhhhh....wannnhhhhh....wannnnhhhh....incest......wannhhhh.....BKozak33....wannhhhh.

As much as people may not like an occasional lude joke, I can tell you more people despise what I typed above, including myself.

You have at least two options available to you. Block BKozak, or report the offensive material, anything other than that is quite unnecessary.

Here is 'one useful thing' as you claim he doesnt do.

Post number 3 sounded like sage advice to me, and quite well put in my opinion. So he should be banned? Makes NO sense to me.

I don't agree with everyone and I don't agree with everyone's posts but opinions are like bungholes everyone got one but what I really don't have time to deal with is whine at least supply some cheese or better yet cheese curds to go with it

How could I have read something he posted in the future? That was done after my comment....

Oh, and in the vein of having a sense of humor....how long have you two been dating?

The point was Fiat that he DOES bring quality material to this forum. You may not see it, but that is definitely no reason to jump down a members throat and say he needs to be banned. That was just YOUR opinion and I simply just showed that Kozak is a useful, wanted member around these parts. I literally just opened that new thread last night and snickered to myself as his response completely proved you wrong and I stumbled onto it by sheer happen stance.

As for our relationship, we've actually been courting one another for oh, what is it now B, 8 months or so?

I havent even bought a man-gagement ring yet for you, so no worries there.

Although I did have my eye on something like this for you.

Actually now I really do want one of those gold coin rings for my 'real' wedding band. My fiance and I are getting married this October and that would be an AWESOME band, imo.

Thank you everyone, I'm glad you enjoyed my show report.

Amanda, thank you for getting this thread back on track, it sure went sideways quickly.

Just a quick explanation about Detecto's comment. When he used the photo of a coin from my personal collection that was on my website, and posted it without even asking permission, I was taken aback by his initial response to me asking about it (he said I needed to prove it was my coin), and then when I did prove it was my coin, he never apologized, nor gave me or Todd credit for using the photo. Had he simply asked in the first place, it would have been no problem. And when he stopped by at the show, it was the first time since that experience that I had talked to him, so I felt by bringing it up, perhaps he would finally apologize - which he did. I was not angry, just felt he should have followed through, and that it is never too late to apologize for a wrongdoing.

Now back to my show report and the questions about my exhibit, I have no idea who the judge was or why he felt the need to give me such a low score, especially compared to the other 2 judges who scored by exhibit.

Having exhibited at several shows now, I certainly understand how the exhibits are scored, but just as in coins, their scoring and opinions are obviously subjective. Otherwise, there wouldn't have been such an extreme variance in the scores between this one judge and the other judges who have judged my exhibit - including all the other shows where I've displayed my exhibit and have been awarded either Best in Show (FUN, Long Beach, Houston) or runner up to Best in Show (both ANA's).

Many of the winners were regular exhibitors, except for one who well deserved his awards. And I'm not saying the other winners didn't deserve it because there were some wonderful exhibits at this show. But I have heard from several people that exhibiting at these shows can be very "political" with some "nepotism" thrown in, especially among regular exhibitors, but I have no way of knowing whether that was the case here. I'm just chalking this experience up to a very sour judge.

I will be taking my exhibit to the PNNA Tukwila this week, and then the Chicago ANA in August, and that will be it. My plan all along had been to display it for one year, and then retire it, so August will be one year that I've been exhibiting, and that is enough for me!
