1960 D Small Date Lincoln- Die chips or doubling?

    Are these die chips in the word LIBERTY or doubling? It's strongest in the top of the B, top of the E and the lower part of the R.

    The last T in TRUST has a line going through the top of it and the letters look thicker at the top of the entire motto.

    Thanks guys. What's up with the last T in TRUST? Are those raised lines small die breaks?
