One bad wheat penny!

    [​IMG]What u guys think this about this neat wheat penny? Any value? Im guessing I could get $30-$50 on feebay. Agree? There is no damage on this coin. The back might look like it has damage but think it was maybe a plugged die or something.

    Pretty common to find woodies with early branch mint cents. The Philly mint would reject the strips or planchets for the coins and send them to the branch mints.

    Great looking cent piece but I doubt if you can get the kind of money you're talking about. Maybe $10.

    I didn't know this...that's a really cool fact. Personally, I love the woodie cents.

    Ya $30 plus might be stretching it a little. I had a 28s woody that I sold a couple yrs ago and got more than I expected.
