10 dollar bill ink transer/drops

    IMG_0031.JPG IMG_0022.JPG This is a ten that I got at the bank in 2004 when they switched to this new format. There is green ink drops in several places on the bill, in fact I have two others with the green ink drops from the three I received from the bank that day. I also noticed that borders are not neat as well/drops are grn.
    Is there any added extra value to this bill or did I just save a ten (3) I could have spent?

    there is actually a few more drops in other spots.
