Out of all my books (all 6 or 7) the only one I've found most usefull/interesting is only like 30 pages longs lol.
This book is a wee bit cheaper ... http://www.abebooks.co.uk/servlet/B...amp;sts=t&tn=roman+coins+and+their+values
And a LOT less useful. Nathan, trust me, this book is way more valuable than another Chersonnesos hemidrachm or two. It is by far the best overview of Greek coinage available and will certainly interest you and help you hone in on a specialty. I know it seems like a lot to spend on a book, but $150-200 is really par for the course, especially for Greek coins. Try your local library first. They probably won't have it on the shelves, but at least you can order it through interlibrary loan.
Z- did you just buy a copy from Amazon? I put the least expensive copy in my shopping cart this morning and when I went to check out just now, it was no longer available. Snooze and lose, I suppose.
Uh uh, wasn't me. I just did some window shopping. Pretty sure I didn't click any buy buttons this time.
