I just read the "Sticky" on die-doubling and RPMsand OMMs and I'm wondering what this would be called. This is a true representation. Coin is a '64-D. Thanks.
Sorry but it looks to be either damage or slight Machine Doubling! There are a lot of 1964-D Quarters that appear to have repunched Mintmarks but it is only Machine Doubling. There is also a couple of Doubled Die Reverse Varieties of the 1964-D Quarters that have doubling on the Mintmark as well but again, this is Machine Doubling on the Mintmark.
