    I missed the deadline but that was my guess. It actually would have surprised me if it was graded lower than a 65. NGC really seems to favor coins that may not be attractive but have a look that suggests a collection coin like someone earlier implied. It's as if they say to themselves, "nice unc. coin, nice strike, we know it was in an album and not messed with... 66." I'm not so sure I disagree. Originality of surfaces continues to outweigh attractiveness IMO.
