I'll guess ANA/PNG Official ANA Grade MS-64.

 

NGC-64.
Mostly because NGC is not a fan of toning.

 

How about PCI and the grade is MS66

 

I'll guess this one for free, keep your coin. I'm going to say PCGS put a bag over her head and ignored her complexion because they're in love with her toning; MS 67. :bow:

Well it seems like all of the good grades and good grading companies have been taken......so what about an (Numistrust) NTC MS-67?

 

Oh lets say PCI MS-67

 

One of you was exceptionally close, but as of yet no one has correct answer.

 

this isn't posssible.... all the numismatists here and we can't even agree on the grade of a coin? how can this possibly be????? thank you again for the contest and i'm looking forward to the answer. good luck everyone!
