$20 Bill printing error

Just wondering if this $20 Bill which is slightly out of alignment is worth more than $20 or shall I just change it at the bank for real money (£)

I would spend it. I do see what is wrong with it. From the picture. It's centered top to bottom and side to side. On obv, the numbers and green seal are in the correct positions.

 

not every bill is perfect, not every error is collectible.
