Well, it seems like this is not my time for EBay. I have never had such problems before, but I ordered a movie on 3/25 which was due by 4/2/. Haven't seen it yet and tracking shows no action. I have asked for money back. PayPal case opened. I bought a lot of slabbed coins and six slabs were broken. Seller says he will send replacement slabs. Ummmm ? If he follows through I will leave good feedback. Now here's the duzzie, I bought a set of floating mint mark coins and the dimes only show the MM on Obv. by the date. Should show a coin with MM on Rev. at bottom of torch. I'm not sure how this will turn out. Seller wants me to return item for refund, but I refused because I didn't want to lose money on return shipping. This resolution is still in limbo. PayPal case opened. I think I need to lay off EBay until I can get some of this stuff taken care of.
OP, when you say "six slabs were broken and that he will replace them" how does that work? He/She is going to pay to have them resubmitted to the TPG for re-encasement?? If so, I need his ebay name. THAT is an amazing seller.
What He/I mean is that he will replace the (6) broken slabs only (no coins). I will be the one to replace the coins from the broken holders to the new holders. I haven't recieved the slabs yet, but will update you on results.
FYI.... There are no "due dates" on Ebay purchases, just estimates. I have to admit that you have had terrible luck. We ship same day except in Sundays. Not all of us are bad.
