    Hello all,

I have been a member for some years but not posted in a while. I have been around reading posts and keeping up with the latest news. My main collecting focus has become Franklin half dollars (including trying to get one of each of the TPG slabs to be able to study and compare how the various companies grade their Franklins). Well this is a recent pickup that I wanted to get some opinions of what you all think this coin was graded as (note: it isn't one of the top tier companies and yes that distracting mark on Franklin is unfortunately on the coin) and what grade it actually deserves (or should it not grade at all)?

It looks like there is a pretty good ding on the cheek. I would call it a PF65.

Yes it is NTC, but they graded it PR 64 Cam (which I think isn't too far off)

It's toning that resulted from a tear/break in the pliofilm mint packaging, or later aftermarket packaging or holder.

Looks like a pf62 to me. But Franklins are tough for me due to strike. Even proof strikes sometimes appear weak to me!
