    Here are my thoughts on cleaning coins:
    1. DONT DO IT!
    2. TRICHLOROFLUOROMETHANE. However, I am going to go out on a limb here and venture a guess that you probably do not have the necessary Federal and State Licenses to purchase, let alone posses, and use this chemical.
    3. DONT DO IT!

    Wow, I would hate to think of what trichlorofluoromethane would do to copper!

    Also trichlorofluoromethane boiling point 24 degrees Celsius - about room temperature!
