    almost looks like another partial profile impression out from the profile.

    If the line was 'raised' I'd say ya had something, but it's recessed into the coin.

    Since the mark does look like it is recessed and I can see no evidence of metal pushed outside of the mark, it may be a strikethrough caused by a piece of wire.

    Definitely not another profile. It doesn't match any of the features of Lincoln's outlining face. It looks like someone put a deep scratch in it.
