Bought my morning coffee at BK a couple days ago and got this in change. I have found proofs in change before but they are usually beat up. Almost looks like two I's in UNITED.

Those who know me know I am not a big fan of toners. Still, I want my Lincoln set o be all inclusive of all things: rotated dies, greasers, woodies, and yes...even a toner. The obverse came out reasonable, but the reverse picture has that dark spot in the middle. In reality that is an spot of beautiful blue/green toning, but I cannot get the lighting right to capture it at all and I didn't want to modify the picture to show it because then it makes the rest of the cent look off.

 

Bought on feebay. Curious how it’ll be in person.

 

Wonder when a 17D had a value of 800 in MS65.

How far back depends on how high it goes.

 

Looks like the same coins probably sold multiple times.
