I think I see where you are talking about around "N" and "I" in United but it doesn't match up with either 001 or 002. Therefore my vote is for MD. Clearer/Closer pictures may help.
definately not the 83 DDR #1 I learned these coins the hard way back in 1983 . I had enough of them for right at a million dollars worth , i turned them back into the bank thinking it was the worthless mechanical doubling. I had new bank rolls that had 20 to 30 83DDR's in each roll . this is the truth and not a joke.
