1806 HALF CENT, SMALL 6, WITH STEMS?

1806 draped bust half cent. it is the small 6, but does it have stems? what do you think?

Those are ribbons, not stems. I am 100% sure, as I am familiar with the series.

 

thanks for the reply. the ribbons are not the area that i was talking about. here is another photo with the areas outlined. i don't kinow if it is just corrosion or something in the outlined areas.
