Well, I suppose you could flatten the baseball novelties, too. Gives a whole new meaning to the old term "vise job"...
I was one of the collectors who was seeking this coin!! lol Took me a while to find one but definitely enjoyed adding it to my collection. Can't wait to get the HOF coin!!
It's kind of funny. The website also shows the HOF under the section "On-Sale Dates and Prices To Be Determined". I'm assuming it's because the prices haven't been set even though the sale dates have
It's the mint. They had the Mount Rushmore 3 roll set in the no longer available section for a month, but you could still order it. Now it's been moved back to available. Just be thankful it's incompetence this time, and not them misleading collectors to increase their profit, as happens more than it should.

They aren't exactly - due to minting issues, each variety will have a different amount of "curve" or "dome"...
The 2001 buffalo was a cheesy gimmick too. Not an anniversary, no good reason to issue it except they knew the buffalo design was popular with collectors and they would be able to sell a bunch of them to collectors. (OK, the surcharge went to the American Indian Museum, or what ever they call it, at the Smithsonian, but how much support would it have had without the buffalo design?)
True I just meant that the obverse is the same. I will be in for the halves and dollars. Any chance of a two coin set?
Aww man. These are more expensive than I thought they'd be. I need to reconsider what I want. $20 for a clad coin doesn't seem right to me.
