I have 14 items listed on eBay.uk with worldwide visibilty and shipping.
Earlier today I was on eBay.com(US) using another computer and searched for my listings and only one was visible.
I contacted eBay Live Help and they said all my listings were visible on the US site, they provided a link but I only saw one again.
A friend in California has just had a look and she confirmed only one listing was visible however the others could be seen in my Auctiva scrolling gallary on that listing.
Can some of you good folks take a peek and let me know how many are visible before I get back to Live Help.
This should take you to my eBay ID http://k2b-bulk.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SMSummary

I see 14 but only when I have item location 'Worldwide' checked off, when 'on ebay.com' checked off only 1 item shows up, Antique Passport

It's the same for your completed item as well. You must have listed them on the ebay.co.uk site? That would explain why they appear under "worldwide" but no under "on ebay.com"

You must have listed them on the ebay.co.uk site?

Yes I have for the last 9 years and offered worldwide shipping so they alaways showed up on eBay.com.
Thanks a lot guys, there is obviously an ebay problem they don`t know about, I checked my listings on eBay.au and all showed up, I have also checked the listings of about 10 ebay sellers who also ship worldwide and about half of those have no listings showing in the US

Well i noticed that with the passport thingy, the category is the same on the UK site as the general ebay.com site. The coin categories do not line up the same way. Perhaps that is the reason.

I just got off Live Chat and after explaining everything and giving them a link to this thread they believed me, this was the reply.
"Thanks fof that. I have confirmed that we have a known issue as of the moment. We have now escalated this to our technical team with high priority. They are now working to get a fix at the earliest possible time."

I think the "eBay thing you don't know about" is that they are experimenting with visibility in various countries. Things listed outside the US may not appear to US buyers unless 1) you specifically say you ship to the US with a given cost, or 2) the US eBayer does not click on "worldwide" after the first "other items" search. I called and complained that I could not see items from my favorite European sellers. Then they changed (after lots of complaints) so they can be seen but we have to click on "worldwide" on the left after none come up (which seems stupid-- the original item was already "worldwide" but if I want to see more I still have to check that radio button).

The eBay contact person I talked to was not high up, but said they were trying different approaches to visibility. I know it must be a pain for a European seller who does not want to deal with PayPal and US buyers to get US winning bids and then be stuck with the problem, but they need to figure out some way to let us see all the coins of sellers who will ship to the US and take PayPal.

I know of 5 other sellers who will be calling ebay within the next 24 hours about this problem as I told them their items were not visible, the more complaints the better.

eBay are being very 'creative' with the truth here - this is a known glitch and has been happening on and off for about a year. Maybe even longer.

I noticed it about 9 months ago when I kept receiving 'International Site Visibility Fee' refunds in my monthly statements, basically they were refunding me all of my ISVFs. They had to do it as none of my items were showing up on .com or .ca. My sales to the US and Canada around this time collapsed from about 10% of total sales to 1%.

I looked all over the web for answers before I just gave up and stopped listing in the US and Canada. I still post there but buyers can only find me by searching worldwide, incredibly my US sales actually went up slightly when I stopped paying to list in the US!

Check your eBay monthly statements to see if you have received any credits for ISVFs over the last year.

I stopped paying the ISVF about 5 years ago, If you list with Worldwide Shipping, the ticky box says "Will ship Worldwide" then items are listed in the USA and Canada automatically as well as the rest of the world.
This fault has only just occurred in the last week because I checked my items visibility about 7 days ago.

I've heard this before and just looked for my items, they are actually there - what is the benefit for the charge options?

No benefit to you whatsoever, however it fills the coffers of eBay for virtually no effort.:)
