If you are going to be there into Saturday you should get them back. I hear lots of submissions to PCGS were not returned to dealers and collectors in Atlanta, mainly to their VIP submitters. NGC is somewhat more fair. But there is a trend where they really don't want to do the big show set-ups unless they can justify it $$$wise. And sometimes their encapsulation machine is not working that great. I think they would rather minimize their set-ups and ship back to Sarasota for grading, etc.. With 30 graders they get the job done better on site. And if you give NGC a submission there as an early bird, etc., it often doesn't get logged in until next week when they get back to FL.
Apparently, NGC will be accepting these specials on Thursday & Friday and customer pick-up will be available the next day. This is the 3rd or 4th year that NGC has been offering these on-site specials and it has been very successful particularly for the Morgans. You can't beat $30 for next day turnaround. No shipping & insurance cost! Chris
It has been ever since they started this promotion, and it's a heck of a deal because you can submit as many as you want. Chris
