I received this coin as a gift from my Grandmother. I don't know anything about it, so I was hoping that some of you could tell me what it is and approximately what it's worth? The weight is 13.66 grams and the diameter is about 26mm.
    Thanks for your help!

It appears to be a bronze of Antoninus Pius with crossed cornucopiae/caduceus reverse. The style looks authentic, and it could be valuable, but I can't go any further without better pics, the weight, and diameter.

The denomination of the coin is an "as" rather than a sestertius. Here is the full attribution:

    Antoninus Pius
AE As, 13.66g, 26mm; Rome mint, AD 140-144
Obv.: Laureate head right; ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP
Rev.: TR POT COS III; Caduceus between crossed cornucopiae // SC
    Reference: RIC III 705a (p. 117)

Value is difficult to determine. I like the coin and I would add it to my collection for $100 or less, but a specialist in the coins of Antoninus Pius might pay considerably more if he needed to fill a hole.

What do you mean by "considerably more"? Could you give me an approximate range in value? Also, is there an area on this site where I could sell or trade this coin? I know there are places to sell and trade US coins, but I don't know about Ancient coins. Thank you so much for your help!

Here's an example of the coin selling for $450, but I think it's way too much. Dealers can ask whatever they want for a coin - that doesn't mean they're going to get it. I've negotiated quite a few prices, sometimes for substantial discounts.

You can sell coins in the selling forum - at the bottom. The rules are posted there.

I see. I will list it in the selling forum and see the offers I get.
I have an Ancient Silver Denarius that I would like to get some info on. Would you be willing to tell me some info about if I sent pictures?

The OP's coin is worth about $100, which is what the linked coin originally sold for.

It's the nature of the game. Most of the 'retail' coins were acquired from auction at a lower price. Anyone who avoids auctions because 'they're too expensive' is a fool.

And I thought I was being greedy when I marked my eBay coins up by 30%.

When you said you would add the coin to your collection for $100 or less, was that an offer? If so, I would be willing to accept your offer.
Do you live in the US? And do you have Paypal?
    Thanks.

Condition is everything. If the OP coin is worth the same as the CNG/Owen coin, I'm in the wrong hobby.

Thank you, but no. It's not my collecting interest at the moment.
