Does the first picture not show different colored dies? There is what looks to be a clear O at the bottom of Lincoln. Also an indention of some sort on his shoulder.

Not sure what you mean by different colored dies, the dies are steel and are used to strike the coin. The different colors on the coin appear to be from some chemical that was used to remove some of whatever the foreign substance on the coin is, or else just toned differently because part of the coin was coated in the substance. There is really nothing in the minting process that could possibly make the coin look as it does, but by all means hang on to it.
