wow, it's really hard to tell ... => oh, and you're correct => you should definitely be lookin' for that Blakesley Effect ... sadly, in this case I can talk myself in and out of seeing this effect ... => curious though, for the "clip" itself seems kinda flat, rather than being curved Wow, this is a toss-up, eh? There are both curved and straight clips. A straight clip results from a blank being punched too close to the end of a strip.
It looks legit to me and as for the Blakeslee Effect, I think the clip is too small to have added that effect during the upsetting process.
