Is this Die Deteriation on this 1969 S Reverse?

    image.jpg Hey I was curious to know if this 1969 S Reverse is just an example of Die Deteriation on "E PLURIBUS UNUM ". Also "States" and "America " seem doubled .

    looks to be a normal coin to me with some dents and dings from lots of use.
