Hey, hi TJC ... how is life treatin' ya?

Hey, that's a fantastic coin (very, very cool) ....

Ummm, I have a couple of examples that are fairly similar in dimensions, except my examples are 2,000 years older than your examples ... oh, but "both" of our examples are amazingly cool, eh?

    Cheers, brother

I agree with Valentinian in that I'd love to own the OP but it would not be my largest coin. Ptolemy II AE46 90.1g. However it is far from the biggest ancient. The only relatively common big, big coin is the liberal as from the first issue of the cast prow series. I have always wanted one of these but they were $1000 when I discovered I wanted one and several times that now.

Steve, great Egyptian Ptolemy! Really like the Zues Ammon obverse and Eagle(s) reverse.

Doug, got to hold one of those old super huge cast prow pieces at the NYINC this last Jan. It was a highlight just holding it:D

Collect 89, great 5 Kopec! Had one of these; let it pass to new owner and now I am on the hunt for another.
