Ancient denarius help recognizing

Hi. I can't find who the emperor is on these coins, and how much these are worth. I can't even find the exact coin reverse online. I think the emperor is TRAJAN.

They're both trajan. In the shape they are in, at the most, $20 each.

 

20$? i would have said 30-40$, they arent that bad......

 

One has a scratch on the reverse & deposits, they are heavily worn, common.

Just my opinion, look at the one I bought in the tread I posted, $12

I'm with YOC on this. I would think either would be worth $30 - $40 based on what I've seen lately. Like Mat, I bought one recently (I'm still waiting on it's arrival), that looks to be in slightly better shape (maybe) at about the same price you paid for these. I think you did very well with this purchase. BTW, have you been able to attribute either of them? If not, try looking up Trajan on wildwinds.com. It shouldn't take much to find the attribution.

Yes, but you got a stonking deal there Mat! You need to be upping your estimates of the value of these now, or your cheap buy wont look like such a good deal will it?

 

The one to the left seems scarce. Not much info on it
