    That's mechanical doubling, not a doubled die.

    Thank you so much for looking at this. I still have a lot to learn!! I take it it isn't worth much then is it?

    I agree with Simon. Now you've got a good example to keep as a reference and looking at the obverse you've also got a nice example of a misaligned die which is why the obverse side looks off-center. No, not a valuable piece, but a good educational piece.

    You are all much smarter than I am when it comes to coins, that is why I am asking you for your help. Dale Carnegie said Ford wasn't extremely smart, but he knew to surround himself with smart people! You guys will be my smart people.
