I would consider what you have there to be all one thing - Grease filled die. Now I would imagine that you could get more for it if there was more that was filled in. As it's already been stated though, it is a relatively common thing so the value wouldn't be great.
Is there a statistical average that the mint produces, for this type of error? 1 in 10,100,1000,10000? What does "relatively common" mean in numbers There must be some quality standards that the mint try's to achieve. But then again it is the US gov. running the mint, so maybe not.
I've never heard of any type of average. I see a decent greaser like yours every 10ish boxes. That's just me though...
