I found this penny, can anyone give me an idea of it's worth.
The I,N &L are completely missing. I think the date is a 2 but not really sure

It's struck through grease. These are relatively common, but you might get a couple of bucks for it.

Does the # of errors on a coin make the coin more valuable ???
or is 1 the same as 10

I'll bet it would be worth a lot if the date was 911 instead of 199

I would consider what you have there to be all one thing - Grease filled die. Now I would imagine that you could get more for it if there was more that was filled in. As it's already been stated though, it is a relatively common thing so the value wouldn't be great.

Is there a statistical average that the mint produces, for this type of error?
    1 in 10,100,1000,10000?
What does "relatively common" mean in numbers
There must be some quality standards that the mint try's to achieve.
But then again it is the US gov. running the mint, so maybe not.

I've never heard of any type of average. I see a decent greaser like yours every 10ish boxes. That's just me though...
