ECC stickered coins?

    I posted this over on the Ikegroup.info forum since it was Ike related, but wanted to open up the discussion to a wider audience.

    Is this ECC sticker a new thing in the coin market? I'd never seen it before, but it could have gone under my radar since I'm not looking at different series.
    It seems like a huge premium on a Proof Ike.

    That was sort of my take on it, but didn't know if I missed something. $155 for a coin that goes for a fraction of that price seems a bit for fetched.
