Found a 1979-D Lincoln Cent no FG initials. Dont think its worth anything but it was a cool find in pocket change. Used my new USB scope to get this image.

Yes if still Red and BU or still sealed in a mint set wrapper, could make it worth what market would pay?????????????
Grade is key unless it's ultra rare with cents

So my latest buy is a Trajan denarius that I really didnt need, but it popped up on ebay and at a price of only $12 shipped. It didnt have great pics & I thought it was an error listing, but the sellers other coins of lesser quality were cheap. So I bought it anyways & was impressed when it arrived. For now, I am keeping it.

Its a real thing. Its only a 1/4oz of silver, so technically no, its 4x overpriced. but as a dollar to dollar correlation, yeah its great. I only collect canadian silver/gold with a maple theme, so i only bought the "$20 for $20" with the maple on it. But, they are beautiful coins none the less.

And a little gold, although I wanted a 2014 1/10th but all my dealer had left was this 2006

And this arrived earlier in the week, my first platinum coin I've ever purchased.

Also got a digital usb microscope off Amazon earlier in the week. I used it to take the photos of the gold and platinum 1/10 with. It's pretty decent except I should have got a model that allows the built in lights to be shut off. Might have to return it and buy a different model though as it's a pain not being able to turn the six bright led lights off.

Bugo, it's slightly larger (about 3mm & 2 grams) larger than an American quarter
