    Pretty clear clash, outside the memorial is sadistically polished and the obverse looks like replaced, not polished not clashed.

    I'm not sure if it is a clash or not. I do know that the "Y" from LIBERTY may sometimes show upside down between the second & third columns from the left. Can you give us a larger photo of the entire Memorial?

    You can see the Y , take a look. I am not set up for photos right now, but the rest of the reverse outside the memorial looks like that polished area you can see below the memorial in the photo.
