    Well here is the follow up on this issue. The coin came today and it is beautiful. He also sent me 6 bucks to cover me shipping the bad coin back and he sent me a BU 1943 Merc. I would say that he deffinately held up his word and made me an ongoing customer. Not easy to find ethics on Ebay but this is a shining example.

    Glad everthing worked out well. He probably just picked up several new customers from this board.
    I for one will be watching his auctions now and have added him to my favorite sellers list.

    Congratulations on the coin, I'm glad that it worked out for you.
    I will be following his sales, he does have some great pieces, and they seem to be accurately graded (not all Gem MS-70's!).
