Those are not considered birth date bills. A true birth date bill has the year , month, and day in the serial number. I have a two dollar bill with F20021021B which breaks down to the year 2002, month 10 (October) and day 21. Birth date bills can go in the other direction as well with the day, month, year in that order. So the bills you have would not have any premium over face value.

Ed, you would not consider Month, Day, Year order as valid? That is how I would normally write the date.

Yes, that is also a valid order, I just forgot to mention it.

Agreed. These would not be considered birthday notes and thus have no value over face.
