what is it worth ....??? 1798 bust VF20

    i have a chance to purchase and deciding to buy a 1798 VF20 bust dollar ( large eagle )

    what is a fair market valve on this, without over paying for it .....

    looking for opinions/insight .... thanks for looking ...

    Most reputable dealers ask $2200-$2600 for an NGC or PCGS slabbed VF20 1798, depending on eye appeal and excluding high rarity die marriages.

    Make sure Tpg grade and coin matches . As there is fake coins and faked Tpg holders .
    If a no name grading service Seg or Sgs one of the alphabet services on ebay.
    I wouldn't touch it.my2c

    its in a PCGS holder and the asking price, is 2900.-

    awaiting photo(s) of the item ....

    Yes photo would help or the holder number from grading service .

    2013 Greysheet lists $1,500 in F, $2,400 in VF, and $4,500 in XF.
