Maybe error 5p 2013

I found this coin in my jar , and the tail side is very odd , il post a pic and in the the there's two 5p coins both 2013 , the one on the left is the odd one , could someone please tell me if it's an error

left one looks very circulated

 

The head side of the coin is mint condition

 

So is the tail side , the picture doesn't help much but from real view it looks like the little pictures have been printed twice very slightly

 

need clear close ups, cant see detail..

 

That's the best I can do , I took picture with an iphone , any closer it gets blurry
