    I got this coin from one of our favorite Ancient Son's..awesome coin...:)

    Kingdom of Macedon.
    Antigonus ll Gonatas..277 - 239..BC..
    Ar Tetradrchm..
    Obv. Shield with head of Pan, facing left..
    Rv. Athena standing, facing left, holding shield right hand, lighting bolt in left..
    30 mm x 16.77 g.

    Ancientnoob bought this from coin shop, he needed the money more and knew that i've been looking to get one and gave me a killer deal, Thanks Masternoob..Love it..There was a thread started a couple weeks back...:)

    Yea... Unfortunate for me right...
    The rising cost of.... Everything is killing me and I have had to scale way back. I got the coin in lieu of money from a dealer. I have no problem letting something like this go to a friend, who's interested. I have actually started thinning the herd. Having refined my taste I have come to the conclusion I can not afford what I really want, so it's just time to take a big ol' step back and live vicariously through you guys. I swear I will get my Kyrene stater albeit hell or high water.

    Eng- glad you like it bud. Wish I could have held on to it. I know it's in good hands now!
