Should I have my silver eagle slabbed?

I only have one silver eagle. it's BU 2005 and don't like the way it is too huge for a cardboard 2x2. Any legitimate reasons why I should have it slabbed? (I'm kind of an NGC guy, even though I've never had a coin slabbed. I think my reasoning behind this is a simpler name than PCGS, and sharper lookin slabs :D )

Do you want the slab just for display purposes only??

If you are just looking for a display, Air-tites has a number of holders or display boxes you might like

But if you want the slab for grading, then i guess it's up to you.

You should be able to buy one that is already slabbed for less than the cost of getting yours slabbed.

    Here go to this place:

If you are just looking for a slab they sell empty slabs and you can put the coin in yourself. They have PCGS and ANACS style. As mentioned you will save a lot of money. I think the slabs sell for around $2.

IMHO, the coin will look much better in an AirTite holder.:)

The only reason might be if it would grade an MS70, otherwise you could get a special holder.
