Was wondering which one this coin might be or not be.

Plus I am just wondering if I am seeing things or maybe trying to turn every line into something cool. I am new to all this coin stuff and I have finally gotten some time to start into this. This coin of mine is in a plastic case and they are all 1960.

I marked in the pic a few things that didn't look right. Like the mark under 9.

This is a large date. I'd advise picking up a small date to examine in hand. Once you get a feel for them, you'll quickly be able to determine the difference with nothing more than a naked-eye glance.

Great, Thank You for the reply.

Any thoughts on the marking under the "9" on the date itself ?

It's sometimes hard to tell on proof coins because of the glare, but it's probably a die gouge. If you can get close-ups with diffused lighting we could probably tell for sure.
