Yep, I would have to agree with Larry. Nothing going on there except some common mechanical doubling aka strike doubling.
Notice further how the primary impression on your 1 is foreshortened. The secondary impression borrowed or took from that primary impression to make part of the secondary impression. In a doubled die, that primary impression will always be fully intact, both lengthwise and widthwise. When you see it compromised, as such, that's another sure sign it's strike doubling.
