Bust Half Variety Question

    I have noticed there are Overton varieties and Graham-Reiver varieties.

    Can somebody give me the lowdown about this?
    whats the differnce?, Etc

    Tom B TomB Everywhere Else

    Overton is for Flowing Hair, Draped Bust and Capped Bust half dollars minted from 1794-1836 while Graham-Reiver is for Reeded Edge half dollars minted from 1836-1839. There is no overlap between the two works.
