I need help identifying a roman coin

    Hi OOOO, Welcome...
    your coin looks real, its a early Roman Denarius around 100 BC.

    Obv. Helmeted head of Roma Right.
    Rev.Victory in quadriga right holding wreath palm branch.
    The size should be around 18- 20mm and weight around 3.0 to 3.75 g.
    I would re-post this in the World and Ancient coin forum,there's a few that can tell you better than me, and welcome to the dark side...

    since there are only three heads of horses i thought this coin may be fake because all the coins i came across in wildwind are four heads of horses in the chariot.

    I answered in your second post. For future reference, there's no need to start a separate thread for your question. It may take more than 2 hours for someone to answer :)

    There are four horses but the flan is too small to show the 4th horse's head (or strike was off center or flan is worn).
