This is a privately made silver round, isn't it? If so, I would expect it would be worth its bullion content plus or minus a little bit.

 

Agreed. You might get a small premium because of the toning if the right buyer finds it.

I would just say it's a nicely toned 1oz silver round (from Mexico?). I would also say there is some finger printing evident in the toning and to see the photos. Start the auction around the spot price and see if anyone bids it up.
