A trusted friend and foreign exchange student in my town sent me a beautiful F to EF 1904 1 Koiibnka and another coin he said was a surprise, well this is what was delivered, comi, pinko, grrrr....
WW2 Russian coin, I really needed that one for my WW2 collection, its just ridiculous how some countries act when it comes to coins and collectibles. I mean, don't we give them billions each year to fund their drunken pity party, well anyways, you know where to get decent Russian Coins at a good price?
It was F to EF when sent, Russia's customs got it, they passed a law that no Russian Coinage over 20 years old can be sent through the mail.
