to spot fakes. This one would be funny if it weren't so pathetic. He's got two coins dated before the first modern Japanese coins were minted; one with the designs of a coin first minted a year after the date on the coin; and two with the wrong reverse for the obverse. Of course they are all noticeably smaller than the genuine diameter. Naturally there are numerous variations between the correct design details and those on his coins. Reported to eBay, but someone with over 3,700 feedbacks is a cash cow, probably untouchable even if he isn't a power seller. Most of his stuff is non-coin Chinese collectibles and alleged antiquities. This guy's feedback is a good example of why its a good idea to pull out the negs and neutrals. He's got a whole bunch of adverse "neutral" feedback!
Why are there like 3 full pages of positive feedbacks from the same buyer, all in a row....Surely someone cannot keep up with buying over 50 items at one time?
Could be a shill, but not necessarily. I once purchased more than a dozen items from the same seller within two days.
