    The 1976-S came three ways
40% silver Unc or Business strike quality

    40 % silver proofs

    copper nickel clad proofs.

That is why in my first post I said
So if your coin is NOT a proof, and it is coppernickel clad you have a real winner.

There were clad business strike bicey-S quarters? I have a bicey-S clad proof, but I've never heard of a business strike.

Since I started working in the store in March '13 I have found Indian head pennies, steel pennies, V nickels, buffalo nickels, war nickels, Barber dimes, silver Roosevelt dimes (over 30), 90% silver quarters, Franklin halves, 40% halves, and many other interesting coins, and this little 40% bicey quarter is one of my 2 or 3 favorite finds.

Nice find. Found one of those in a toll booth coin reject tray a while back, didn't even know they existed until then!
